The following is an overview of the potential of rutin in different biological activities:<br \/><br \/>1. Antioxidant activity: As a natural antioxidant, rutin can neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, thus playing a role in preventing a variety of diseases.<br \/><br \/>3. Anti-inflammatory activity: Rutin has anti-inflammatory properties and can fight against the inflammatory process and reduce the production of inflammatory mediators, which is beneficial for preventing inflammation and degeneration.<br \/><br \/>4.
